UNION MALLEABLE IRON PIPE FITTING

1. Description of Products

The union is one kind of malleable iron pipe fittings with flat seat, which can connect two pipe joints of the same nominal diameter to make the pipe parallel.

Application:

The Union is suitable for medium and low pressure pipeline systems, whose nominal pressure is not exceeding 2.5 MPa and working temperature range is between-20 °C and 120 °C. It is mainly applied in water, oil, air, gas, steam system, etc.

3. Performance

1) All fittings shall comply with the maximum permissible working pressure and temperature range given in the table. The pressure value between 120 °C and 300 °C is determined by linear interpolation. The normal temperature of the pipe is not lower than -20 °C. When used outside the specified pressure and temperature range, it should be negotiated with the manufacturer

2) The inside of the pipe fittings shall be able to withstand an air pressure of not less than 0.5 MPa, and the pipe fittings shall be completely immersed in the water tank for visual inspection without
